MICLab achieved 1st place in the localization task and 3rd place in the classification task at the NoduLoCC 2026 Challenge, focused on lung nodule localization and classification from chest X-ray images.
The submitted work was developed by Kristhian Aguilar, under the supervision of Letícia Rittner and co-supervision of Diedre Carmo. The organizers also announced that a report including our methods and other top approaches will be submitted to arXiv.
